Case Studies: What is the Sound Of Citrus?
By means of a multi-level study we determined by order of Symrise parameters that translate the perception of smell and taste into music, sound and noises. With this study Symrise once again manifests its prominent reputation as an innovative and future-oriented leader in sensor system related topics. Prof. Dr. Herbert Bruhn, an internationally known music psychologist supported the project from scientific side. Further projects are planned. There are so many exciting questions to be answered such as »What is the sound of a steak or coffee?«.
